Yerba Mate (Ilex paraguariensis) is a traditional South American plant native to the subtropical rainforests of Paraguay, Brazil, and Argentina.   • Measure Tea: Use 1–2 teaspoons of loose leaf tea (or 1 tea bag) per 8 oz cup of water.
  • Steep: Pour hot water over the tea. Cover and let steep for 5–10 minutes (depending on desired strength).
  • Strain & Enjoy: Strain herbs (if loose leaf) and sip warm. Add honey, lemon, or sweetener if desired.

Optional Tips:

For deeper flavor or stronger herbal benefits, steep longer (up to 15 minutes).
