Return & Refunds
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at hello@chiomatotalbody.com for refund instructions. Return must be initiated within 30 days of purchase and item must be received within 30 days of purchase.
NOTE: THERE ARE NO REFUND or RETURNS allowed on single herbs, herbal tea blends, sea moss, sea moss gels or infused sea moss gels, beauty or body care products.
SERVICES ARE ALSO NON-REFUNDABLE. ALL services, service holds, deposits, gift cards, packages, and service series are non-refundable once purchased. No refunds are issued for completed services. See FULL SERVICE POLICY.

Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items or items marked as final sale cannot be refunded.
Returning Items
Returned items must be unopened and in original condition and received within 30 days of purchase.
Please make sure to specify order number(s) on the return slip so we can ensure that we credit your account accurately.
Hint: if returning by mail, we suggest including a tracking number with your shipment as we will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please note buyer will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items and shipping charges must be paid in advance.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment ONLY. There will be a 20% restocking fee on ALL RETURNED ITEMS. Please note that we do not refund merchant processing fees, handling charges, service charges, original shipping fees or shipping concessions or promotions and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. CHIOMA will not provide return shipping labels. A restocking fee may be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an “un-deliverable” address. Please ensure that your order information is correct before submitting.
Exchanges
We ONLY replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
CHIOMA reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
- Returns that do not meet our return policy requirements
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
