Is there a contract? Can I Cancel?

Your CHIOMA membership is commitment-free. You have the freedom to cancel anytime by logging into your account. Just be sure to finalize your cancellation before the next billing date. Please be aware that all membership charges are final and non-refundable.

Can I change my membership level?

Switching tiers is simple: just cancel your current CHIOMA membership and select your new desired plan at checkout. Please be aware that the free introductory kit is exclusively offered once per customer

Do membership benefits rollover?

Your benefits remain active throughout your membership term. Although monthly or annual service perks must be used within the current period, your accumulated points are yours to keep and can be redeemed at any time as long as your account is in good standing.

Can someone else use my membership?

We love that you want to share CHIOMA! While your membership is unique to you and cannot be shared, you have the flexibility to gift eligible spa passes or book appointments for others. It’s a perfect way to introduce your community to our wellness services.

Please note that general membership benefits and discounts apply only to the account holder.


Can I pause or freeze?

Currently, we do not offer the option to pause or freeze memberships. If you need to take a break, you may cancel your subscription through your dashboard and re-enroll whenever you are ready to resume your wellness journey.
