- Steep: Pour hot water over the tea. Cover and let steep for 5–10 minutes (depending on desired strength).
- Strain & Enjoy: Strain herbs (if loose leaf) and sip warm. Add honey, lemon, or sweetener if desired.

For domestic USA orders, we currently offer free shipping when you spend $75 or more. For orders to Canada, get free shipping on orders of $200 or more and for international orders regular shipping rates apply due to the higher costs of international transit.
