What You’ll Need:

• A large bowl (heat-safe, ceramic or stainless steel recommended)
• A heat-safe basin, steam seat, or a clean toilet (ensure it’s stable and safe)
• A large towel or blanket to drape over yourself
• Comfortable clothing

1. Prepare Your Space: Choose a private, quiet, and comfortable area.
2. Boil Water: Bring 4-6 cups of filtered water to a boil.
3. Add Herbs: Carefully place 1/4 to 1/2 cup of CHIOMA V-Tox Vsteam Herbs into your large heat-safe bowl.
4. Pour Hot Water: Pour the hot (but not boiling) water over the herbs in the bowl.
5. Crucial Safety Note: Allow the water to cool for 5-10 minutes. The steam should be warm and comfortable, NOT scalding hot. Test the steam temperature with your hand before proceeding.

12. Steam Duration: Steam for 20-30 minutes. Listen to your body; if the steam becomes too hot, lift the towel to release some heat or move further away.
13. Post-Steam Care: After steaming, slowly rise and wrap yourself in warm clothing. Rest for a bit to allow your body to absorb the benefits. Many women enjoy this ritual before bed. Hydrate with water or herbal tea.
