Brewing Instructions

• Teas: Steep 1 teaspoon of Core Detox or Colon Move Tea in 8oz of hot water for 5–7 minutes. P
• Pro Tip: you can steep for longer 10-15 minutes for a stronger brew.

Frequency & Duration

• Short-Term Only: This is a 2-3 day intensive cleanse. Do not exceed 7 consecutive days of use, especially for Colon Move Tea, as long-term use of Senna can lead to dependency.  

Contraindications

• Digestive Issues: Do not use if you have chronic diarrhea, abdominal pain, or an intestinal obstruction.  
• Pregnancy: Avoid this cleanse if pregnant or nursing due to the stimulating effects of Senna and Burdock.  
• Hydration: Drink at least 8–10 glasses of water daily during the cleanse to prevent dehydration.
