How To Use

We suggest incorporating this blend into your daily post workout routine.

  1. Brew the Base: Add 1 heaping teaspoon of CHIOMA Recharge Tea (dry blend) to CHIOMA Tea Bags or Strainer.
  2. Pour 1 cup (240ml) of hot water over the herbs. Steep for 5-10 minutes or 10-15 minutes for a more potent brew, then strain and let cool completely.
  3. Combine Ingredients: Once the brewed tea is cooled, combine it with 1/4 cup Coconut Water, 1-2 scoops of Unflavored Collagen Peptides. Optional 1/4 cup of Tart Cherry Juice, and a tiny pinch of Sea Salt in a blender or shaker bottle.
  4. Blend & Enjoy: Blend or shake well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined and smooth. Serve immediately over ice for a refreshing cold brew, or gently warm for a comforting hot beverage.
