We suggest incorporating this blend into a periodic detox or cleansing. Best for short term use, 2-3 weeks. Steep 1 teaspoon of CHIOMA ParaGut in 8–10 oz of hot water for 10–15 minutes.
Drink 1–2 times daily for 7–14 days. For best results, use with CHIOMA Core Detox Tea and follow with CHIOMA Purge Gut Detox.
Optional: Pair with a clean, low-sugar diet to support the cleansing process.

  1. Brewing: Place 1-2 teaspoons of herbal tea into a tea infuser or directly into a cup. Pour 8 oz (1 cup) of freshly boiled water (around 200-212°F / 93-100°C) over the herbs.
  2. Steeping: Cover your cup and steep for 7-10 minutes. For a stronger cleanse, steep for up to 15 minutes.
  3. Enjoy: Strain the herbs (if loose) and drink warm. Do not add sweeteners.
  4. Frequency: Drink 1-2 cups daily. Many prefer to drink one cup in the morning on an empty stomach and another in the evening before bed.
  5. Cleanse Duration: Use consistently for 7-14 days. Do not exceed 21 consecutive days of use without a break. It’s recommended to consult a practitioner for specific protocols.
