Brewing Method:

  2. Measure Herb: Use 1 rounded teaspoon of loose leaf tea per 8 oz cup.
  3. Steep: Pour water over the leaves. Leave the vessel uncovered to prevent stewing and steep for only 1–3 minutes depending on desired strength.
  4. Strain & Enjoy: Strain immediately to prevent over-steeping.
