  • Measure Tea: Use 1–2 teaspoons of the dried root per 8 oz cup of water.
  • Steep: Pour hot water over the root. Cover and let steep for 10–15 minutes (depending on desired strength).
  • Strain & Enjoy: Strain herbs and sip warm. Add honey, lemon, or sweetener if desired.

Optional Tips:
For a much stronger brew (decoction), gently simmer the root in a pot of water for 20 minutes before straining to extract more of its adaptogenic properties. It is often enjoyed in the morning or early afternoon for a steady energy boost.
