How To Use

We suggest starting your detox and wellness journey with CHIOMA Core Detox – The Foundational Cleanse and incorporating into your periodic or seasonal detox regimen. Best used for short-term detox (up to 30 days). Not intended for continuous, long-term use. Pair with other CHIOMA Detox teas for best results!

Brewing Instructions

  1. Brewing: Place 1-2 teaspoons of herbal tea into a tea infuser or directly into a cup. Pour 8 oz (1 cup) of freshly boiled water (around 200-212°F / 93-100°C) over the herbs.
  2. Steeping: Cover your cup and steep for 7-15 minutes. For a stronger detoxifying infusion, steep for the full 15 minutes.
  3. Enjoy: Strain the herbs (if loose) and enjoy warm. Do not add sweeteners to maintain optimal detoxifying properties.
  4. Hydration is Key: Drink plenty of water throughout the day while using this tea to support the detoxification process.
  5. Dietary Support: For best results, pair with a clean, whole-food diet, rich in fruits, vegetables, and lean proteins, and avoid processed foods, excessive sugar, and alcohol during your cleanse.

Important Notes:

  • You may experience mild detox symptoms (e.g., headache, fatigue, mild digestive changes) initially. These usually subside as your body adjusts. You may also experience an increased urge to urinate, sweating or use the restroom. This varies with each individual and can be a signal of the detoxifying effects.

Frequency

  1. Frequency: Drink 1-2 cups daily for 3-14 days. Many prefer to drink one cup in the morning on an empty stomach and another in the evening before bed.
  2. A detox program maybe repeated monthly.
  3. Advanced detox Program: For a targeted cleanse, use consistently for 7-30 days. Do not exceed 30 consecutive days of use. Best to use in cycles.
