How To Use

Chickweed is a versatile herb often used in wellness teas, tinctures, and topical preparations like herbal oils and salves

Brewing Method

  • Boil Water: Bring fresh, filtered water to a boil (about 205–212°F / 96–100°C).
  • Measure Tea: Use 1–2 teaspoons of loose leaf tea (or 1 tea bag) per 8 oz cup of water.
  • Steep: Pour hot water over the tea. Cover and let steep for 5–10 minutes (depending on desired strength).
  • Strain & Enjoy: Strain herbs (if loose leaf) and sip warm. Add honey, lemon, or sweetener if desired.

Optional Tips:

For deeper flavor or stronger herbal benefits, steep longer (up to 15 minutes).

For External Use: Infuse in a carrier oil (like jojoba or sunflower) for 2–4 weeks to create a soothing skin oil.
