How To Use

Chamomile is most effective when prepared as a soothing medicinal tea to support relaxation and digestive ease.

Brewing Method

  • Boil Water: Bring fresh, filtered water to a boil (about 205–212°F / 96–100°C).
  • Measure Tea: Use 1–2 teaspoons of dried flowers (or 1 tea bag) per 8 oz cup of water.
  • Steep: Pour hot water over the tea. Cover the cup to trap potent volatile oils and let steep for 10–15 minutes.
  • Strain & Enjoy: Strain herbs (if loose leaf) and sip warm. Add honey, lemon, or sweetener if desired.

Optional Tips:
For deeper flavor or stronger herbal benefits, steep for the full 15 minutes. Cooled tea can also be applied externally as a wash or compress to soothe irritated skin.
