Brewing Method

  • Boil Water: Bring fresh, filtered water to a boil (about 205–212°F / 96–100°C).
  • Measure Tea: Use 1–2 teaspoons of dried bark (or 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of aged bark powder) per 8 oz cup of water.
  • Steep: Pour hot water over the herb. Cover and let steep for 5–10 minutes (depending on desired strength).
  • Strain & Enjoy: Strain herbs and sip warm, preferably at bedtime. Add honey, lemon, or sweetener if desired.

Optional Tips:
For deeper flavor or stronger herbal benefits, steep longer (up to 15 minutes). Ensure you drink a full 8 ounces of water with your dose. Use the lowest effective dose for no more than one week at a time.
