How To Use

We suggest using this blend as needed to support lung health and respiratory clarity. For cold comfort or seasonal congestion, drink 1-2 cups daily for at least 7–14 days. For chronic respiratory discomforts or smoke exposure can be incorporated daily for best results. While we recommend brewing as a tea, this herbal blend can be brewed, rolled to smoke or used in a vape.

To brew: Measure 1 teaspoon of loose leaf tea per 8oz cup of water. Pour boiling water over tea. Brew for 5-7 mins for a light brew or 10-15 minutes for a more potent brew. Pair with CHIOMA Lung Detox Drops for best results!
