How To Use

Brewing Method

  • Boil Water: Bring fresh, filtered water to a boil (about 205–212°F / 96–100°C).
  • Measure Tea: Use 1–2 teaspoons of dried bladderwrack per 8 oz cup of water.
  • Steep: Pour hot water over the herbs. Cover and let steep for 5–15 minutes (depending on desired strength).
  • Strain & Enjoy: Strain herbs and sip warm.

Optional Tips:
A longer steep will result in a much stronger, more concentrated, and saltier flavor. It blends well with Mint and Ginger to balance the strong marine taste, or Licorice Root to provide a natural sweetness.
