We suggest using Pre-Cleanse as a first step at the end of the day, or if makeup is worn to pull oil, dirt and debris to the surface for a deep cleanse.

How to Use

For Hair & Scalp (Deep Treatment)
Warm the Oil: Pour a small amount of oil into a glass bowl and gently warm it (either by setting the bowl in hot water or briefly microwaving for a few seconds). Warm oil absorbs better and feels wonderfully relaxing.

Scalp Massage: Apply the warm oil directly to your scalp and hair roots. Use your fingertips to gently massage in circular motions for 5–10 minutes. This increases blood circulation, which helps carry Amla's nutrients to the follicles.

Oil the Lengths: Work the remaining oil down through the lengths of your hair to the tips for deep conditioning and to reduce split ends.

Treatment Time: Leave the oil on for at least 30 minutes. For an intensive treatment, cover your hair with a towel or shower cap and leave it on overnight, washing it out thoroughly with a mild shampoo the next morning. Repeat 1–2 times per week.

For Skin (Daily Glow) This is Step 4: Moisturize & Protect
Moisturizer Boost: After cleansing, apply a single drop of Amla oil to your palms and gently press it onto any areas of dry skin or on your face for an antioxidant boost. Its Vitamin C content is excellent for promoting a bright, firm complexion.

Targeted Massage: For anti-aging benefits, gently massage a small amount into the skin using upward motions to support circulation and firmness
